Flute Lessons - Mary Larson, Flutist

Mary Larson Flute Studio has been offering private flute lessons in Newtown and the greater Fairfield County areas of CT for more than ten years. I continue to support my flute students to be successful as beginners and in their school band programs, as well as those more advanced students who audition successfully to participate with Greater CT Youth Orchestra, Western Region Band and Orchestra, All-State Band and Orchestra, summer music festival auditions, and College entrance auditions. I enjoy supporting all flute students to meet their goals at all levels and ages. I have many years of professional experience teaching private flute lessons, Region audition prep classes, flute ensemble, mixed instrument ensemble, recorder ensemble, classroom teaching, and middle school chorus teacher with organizations such as:

Creative Music Center, Monroe, CT: Flute instructor for more than ten years and currently teaching flute students of all ages and levels;

Boerum Hill Talent Education in Brooklyn, NY: Flute instructor for all ages and levels;

Schmitt Music Co., Mpls, MN.:  Flute instructor for all ages and levels;
